Hands down: NBA 2K16 decreases Blake Griffin's rating
Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports
The NBA 2K16 video game staff didn't waste much time in applying Blake Griffin's weekend antics to his hands rating.
Lolz. Haha. Solid one-liner. Pretty funny, right?
Griffin broke the fourth metacarpal bone in his right shooting hand punching Los Angeles Clippers equipment manager and apparent good friend Matias Testi outside a Toronto restaurant. He's not expected to play for at least four-to-six weeks, although coach Doc Rivers isn't optimistic about that timeline.
The NBA 2K series is known for adjusting player strengths to very accurate levels, and they mean a lot to many players. It's something that Hassan Whiteside bases his entire NBA career on.
