Kyle Lowry: Will start Thursday

Lowry (wrist) will play in Thursday's game against the Knicks and is expected to remain in the starting lineup at point guard.

Analysis:

Lowry is dealing with a sprained wrist, but after an X-ray on Tuesday determined the point guard suffered no structural damage, he's been cleared to play without having to miss any action. Though even minor wrist injuries can often have an impact on a player's effectiveness in shooting the ball, Lowry shouldn't have too much of an issue given that the injury is a sprain to his non-shooting hand. Barring any unforeseen setbacks prior to tip off, Lowry should see his normal minutes load.
