Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry was unstoppable on Wednesday night, dropping 51 points in a 134-121 win over the Washington Wizards.

Curry was particularly lethal from beyond the arc, tying a career high with 11 threes, netting seven in the first quarter alone. The North Carolina native also collected seven rebounds, three steals, and two assists on 19-of-28 shooting.

After scoring 25 points in the first quarter alone, Curry continued his hot pace throughout the remainder of the contest, either by nailing a deep three or breaking down the Wizards' porous defense with his creative dribbling.

However, Curry wasn't the only Warrior with a monster game, as Draymond Green picked up his 10th triple-double of the season.

After last year's MVP campaign, Curry has been even better in 2015-16, averaging 29.4 points, 6.5 assists, and 5.2 rebounds, while shooting 50.6 percent from deep.

Giving up 134 points in a game is far from ideal, but John Wall was certainly not to blame for the Wizards' loss, chipping in 41 points, 10 assists, and two steals.

Wall has been terrific after a subpar November, even picking up a Player of the Month award in December. The Kentucky product is having arguably his best season in the NBA, posting career highs in points (19.5) and steals (2.1), while also averaging 9.8 assists and 4.3 rebounds.

The victory extends the Warriors' winning streak to eight games, while simultaneously dropping the Wizards to 21-26.
