VIDEO: Rick Carlisle mocks referee, gets ejected

Dallas Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle wasn't happy with the whistle in Sunday's battle with the San Antonio Spurs.
After seeing his team cough up a 20-point deficit to their interstate rival through three quarters, Carlisle opted for an early exit to the showers. He walked onto the court to sarcastically congratulate referee Sean Corbin for giving a whistle his way, and Corbin promptly ejected Carlisle.

The Spurs went on to an emphatic 112-83 victory.
