The Phoenix Suns were without power forward Jon Leuer on New Year's Eve when they paid a visit to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Leuer is dealing with a sprained ankle he suffered during Wednesday's loss to the San Antonio Spurs. The second-round pick in 2011 is enjoying a career season in his first year in the desert. He has started 18 of 34 games and is averaging 9.1 points and eight rebounds. He's also rediscovered his outside shot, connecting on 43.3 percent of his 3-point attempts.
