Report: Grizzlies' Chalmers gets ejected after asking ref for 2nd tech

Mario Chalmers apparently wanted a head start on Christmas vacation.

The Memphis Grizzlies point guard was tossed in the first quarter Wednesday night against the Washington Wizards after he picked up two technical fouls.

Turns out, all he had to do to earn the second one was ask for it. After getting hit with his first tech for hectoring an official, Chalmers dared the official to T him up again, according to Michael Lee of Yahoo Sports.

The ref, it seems, was happy to oblige him, sending Chalmers to the showers after just five minutes.
