Early in the first quarter, Ariza drove to the hoop and absorbed some contact as he went up for a layup. It resulted in a hard fall, which forced the Rockets to take him to the locker room. If he doesn't end up returning to action Tuesday, the Rockets could opt to hold out Ariza for Wednesday's tilt with the Wizards as well.
