Brooklyn Nets guard Joe Johnson was ejected Friday night at Madison Square Garden against the New York Knicks after being issued a flagrant-2 foul.
The 34-year-old veteran was also called for an offensive foul after delivering an elbow to the face of Knicks point guard Jose Calderon.
It was the first time in Johnson's 15-year career that he had been ejected from a ball game, according to NorthJersey.com's Andy Vasquez.
The seven-time All-Star finished the night with nine points, four rebounds, and four assists in 31 minutes of action.
