Nets' Bargnani won't return vs. Pistons with hamstring injury
Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports
Brooklyn Nets big man Andrea Bargnani left Sunday's game against the Detroit Pistons with a tight left hamstring - the same injury which forced him to the sidelines for the entire preseason.
He will not return.
"Il Mago" played just two minutes Sunday, picking up a personal foul and missing his only shot attempt.
Bargnani is averaging 6.3 points and 1.8 rebounds on 41.3 percent shooting through 16 games after signing a two-year, minimum deal in the offseason.
