Brooks (coach's decision) didn't play in Monday's 96-95 win over the Pacers.

Analysis:

It appears the return of Kirk Hinrich (toe) could cost Brooks a regular spot in the Bulls' rotation. Brooks saw just six minutes in Hinrich's first game back Friday against the Hornets, then dropped out of the rotation entirely on Monday night. The Bulls did lose starting point guard Derrick Rose late in Monday's game to a left ankle sprain, so it's possible that Brooks could regain a bench role for the team's next game Wednesday in Phoenix. However, unless Rose's injury proves to be a long-term issue, it looks like Brooks will continue to play behind Hinrich and E'Twaun Moore.
