Suns' Knight records 1st career triple-double in rout of Lakers

Jennifer Stewart / USA TODAY Sports

Brandon Knight recorded his first career triple-double in Monday's victory over the Los Angeles Lakers, pouring in 30 points, 15 assists, and 10 rebounds in a 120-101 win.

Knight, who logged a game-high 41 minutes, also grabbed two steals and only turned the ball over twice to help the Phoenix Suns to a third straight win.

Knight converted three triples on the evening - none prettier than the 3-pointer that followed a dizzying crossover of Marcelo Huertas.

Backcourt mate Eric Bledsoe added 21 points for the Suns, who improved to 6-4, while Jordan Clarkson scored a team-high 20 points for the 2-9 Lakers.
