Chris Paul: Out Thursday versus Phoenix

Paul (groin) is out for Thursday's game versus Phoenix, Paul Coro of The Arizona Republic reports.

Analysis:

After missing a game on Nov. 7 against Houston, Paul played in the Clippers previous two games, so this is a little surprising. Obviously, his groin is still bothering him and this will be a situation to continue monitoring. Austin Rivers will likely get the start in his place.
