Bulls' Rose a game-time call Friday vs. Warriors

Dennis Wierzbicki-USA TODAY Sports

The Chicago Bulls will be in tough Friday when they take on the undefeated Golden State Warriors, and they won't know until game time whether Derrick Rose will suit up.

Bulls head coach Fred Hoiberg said Rose, who has already missed a game since spraining his ankle on Monday, will be a game-time decision Friday.

Reserve guard Aaron Brooks, meanwhile, will sit with a hamstring injury.

Rose, who suited up for the first 10 games before rolling his left ankle in the victory over the Indiana Pacers, is averaging 13.6 points and six assists on an effective field goal percentage of 38.7.

The 27-year-old has missed 131 games over the last three-plus seasons since becoming the youngest MVP in NBA history in 2011.
