Grizzlies' Gasol shut down after 1st half vs. Kings with neck spasms

The Memphis Grizzlies were fortunate to have built up a double-digit halftime lead on the Sacramento Kings, because they played the second half without center Marc Gasol.
Gasol, who's dealing with neck spasms, didn't come out after the break. In 18 first-half minutes he had eight points, two rebounds, two assists, and a block.
The Grizzlies had no problem with the Kings in the second half without Gasol, rolling to a 103-89 win just one night after suffering their worst loss in franchise history at the hands of the Golden State Warriors.
