Andrew Nicholson was a DNP-CD in Orlando's 110-107 overtime win against the Pelicans on Wednesday.

Nicholson (rest) was held out of Wednesday's exhibition game against the Pelicans.

Analysis:

Nicholson has seen fairly limited minutes (13.8 per game) this preseason, and it's hard to project what can be expected from the big man as he prepares for his fourth season in the league. He will open the year behind Tobias Harris, Aaron Gordon, and Channing Frye on the depth chart at power forward, making it possible that he won't be included in coach Scott Skiles' rotation.
