Chandler Parsons is still recovering from a knee cartilage injury that reportedly required a "minor hybrid" microfracture surgery, and the only cure is ... more cowbell?

Parsons somehow got his hands on such an instrument during the Dallas Mavericks' Media Day on Monday, and, well, looked about as spry playing it as he has in months.

Parsons has two more seasons left on his contract with the Mavs, but from the looks of it, he's already auditioning for a future spot on the Sacramento Kings.
