Mirza Teletovic: Will Receive Qualifying Offer

Teletovic will receive a qualifying offer from the Nets this offseason, Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News reports.

Analysis:

Teletovic is eligible for a $4.2 million qualifying offer, which will make him a restricted free agent. After a strong 2013-14 campaign during which he solidified his place as a rotational player, Teletovic struggled in 2014-15, shooting just 38.2 percent from the floor and dealing with blood clots, which kept him out of action for a several months. Regardless, it appears the Nets plan to keep Teletovic around in 2015-16.
