Several NBA call-ups highlight All-NBA D-League teams
It was a banner year for the D-League, with the NBA's feeder system producing more than 50 call-ups, their playoffs getting national television treatment and several marquee players making a real impact at the NBA level.
It's not surprising, then, that their end-of-season awards are littered with players who have connections to NBA parent clubs.
Across the three All-NBA D-League teams, 12 of 15 players have NBA experience, 11 spent time on NBA rosters this season and eight are currently the property of NBA teams. That includes Tim Frazier, the Portland Trail Blazers guard who was named D-League MVP and Rookie of the Year on Tuesday.

Other notables among the season's award winners were David Stockton and Sim Bhullar, members of the Sacramento Kings, earning All-Rookie honors, Houston Rockets rookie Clint Capela earning an All-Defense nod and all-around leader of men Aaron Craft winning Defensive Player of the Year.
