Pacers' Paul George forced from final regular season game due to sore left calf

Indiana Pacers forward Paul George was helped off the court in the regular-season finale against the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night after struggling with calf soreness in the fourth quarter.
George had just two points in the game before his exit, sinking one of five shots taken from the field. He didn't return to the game, and was forced to watch as his team was eliminated from the playoffs with an eventual loss.
After the game, George said he "felt a pop" in his left calf, but believes it's just a calf strain, according to Candace Buckner of the Indianapolis Star.
George appeared in only six games for the Pacers this season, after suffering a gruesome leg injury during a Team USA scrimmage before the FIBA World Cup last summer.
