Dwyane Wade is starting to resemble his former self.

The 11-time All-Star has shaken off the all-too-familiar injuries that have slowed him down this season and put the Miami Heat on his back as he eyes another playoff run.

Wade was at it again Wednesday, scoring a team-high 32 points - including a game-winning fadeaway jumper - to lead the Heat to a dramatic 108-104 win over the Portland Trail Blazers

The monster game was Wade's seventh consecutive of scoring at least 25 points, his longest such streak since 2010. He's averaging 29.1 points over that stretch, and Miami has gone 5-2 in those contests.

With Chris Bosh lost for the season, the oft-injured Wade has turned back the clock and reeled off a number of vintage performances - including Monday night's huge effort to spoil LeBron James's second game back in Miami since leaving during the offseason.

The Heat moved into seventh place in the East with the win and are three games back of the Milwaukee Bucks for the No. 7 seed. Wade has helped power Miami to the playoffs in six consecutive seasons and the Finals in each of the last four.

Luol Deng added 24 points in the win, Hassan Whiteside recorded his second consecutive double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds and Goran Dragic chipped in with 20 and 11 assists.

LaMarcus Aldridge scored a game-high 34 points and hauled in 12 rebounds for the Northwest Division-leading Trail Blazers.
