Good news, Oklahoma City Thunder fans: Kevin Durant isn't the only superstar on your team being lured with the idea of a LeBron James-like homecoming.

Thinking way ahead - Durant will be an unrestricted free agent, free to sign with his home-town Washington Wizards in 2016 - Snoop Dogg is already trying to make Russell Westbrook homesick. Following Westbrook's ridiculous MVP performance in Sunday's All-Star Game, the D-O-Double-G took to Photoshop and Instagram, asking Westbrook, a UCLA alum and Lawndale, Cali. native, to join the Los Angeles Lakers.

Unfortunately for Snoop, Westbrook won't be a free agent until 2017, so any recruiting is incredibly premature. Before Westbrook can hit the market, the league is set to undergo a major spike in the salary cap that would increase the value of Westbrook's eventual maximum contract substantially, and a potential lockout looms ahead of Westbrook's free agency.

Still, Snoop's play is understandable. Westbrook is averaging 25.8 points, 6.3 rebounds and 7.6 assists, putting himself firmly in the MVP discussion and ensuring plenty of fan bases will be licking their chops should he hit the market ... in two more seasons.
