Way-back Playback: Michael Jordan's top 10 finals moments

Even though Michael Jordan retired (for good) over a decade ago, the shadow of his legacy still looms large in the NBA landscape.

Today, "His Airness" turns 52. Since retiring, Jordan has come to own the Charlotte Hornets and was named to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.

Jordan's legacy goes beyond the boxscore, though his career averages of 30.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 2.3 steals per game stack up against any legend to have ever played the game.

Jordan also famously inspired a generation of players to be "like Mike," headlined by superstars LeBron James and Kobe Bryant. It's hard to find a single player not inspired in some way by Jordan's career. His undeniable charisma and dominance made him the league's first superstar to cross into the global spotlight.

However, Jordan will always be remembered for his six championships with the Chicago Bulls. Along with head coach Phil Jackson and sidekick Scottie Pippen, Jordan's Bulls were arguably the most dominant team to ever set foot on the hardwood. Jordan led the Bulls to a perfect six-for-six in the NBA Finals and famously logged the best regular season ever in 1995-96 with a record of 72-10.

In honor of his birthday, here are Jordan's top 10 career finals moments.
