Mavs' Ellis: 'I'm not missing no games'

Jerome Miron / USA Today Sports

Monta Ellis left the Dallas Mavericks' 112-107 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder Sunday with a left ankle injury, but the guard is adamant it's not going to take him out of action.

Ellis went down in the fourth quarter and stayed on the floor for several minutes before limping off. He's considered a pretty tough player - he hasn't missed a game due to injury since the 2012 season.

His words have to come as positive news for the Mavericks, who were without center Tyson Chandler Sunday due to back spasms. Dallas plays next on Tuesday against the Washington Wizards.
