Tony Parker believes he suffered broken rib in practice

San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker revealed to reporters Sunday that he may be playing through a broken rib, according to Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News.
McDonald revealed that the injury was likely suffered during practice prior to Sunday.
The 13-year-veteran is currently leading the Spurs in both scoring (17.8) and assists (5.5). Parker has played in all but one of the Spurs' 15 games this season, including Sunday, when Parker's squad defeated the Boston Celtics.
In the event that Parker is unable to play, the Spurs have a bevy of options in Cory Joseph, Manu Ginobili and Marco Belinelli.
