The milestones just keep piling up for Dirk Nowitzki.
With his 10th and 11th points of the game against the Charlotte Hornets on Monday, an 18-foot jumper midway through the third quarter, Nowitzki reached the 27,000-point mark for his career.
In addition to ranking No. 9 on the NBA's all-time scoring list and No. 1 among international born players, Nowitzki is now one of four players, along with Michael Jordan, Karl Malone and Kobe Bryant, to score at least 27,000 points with one franchise.
Next up on Dirk's to-do list is catching Elvin Hayes for eighth all-time. Hayes scored 27,313 points in his career.
The No. 7 spot held by Moses Malone at 27,409 points is also within range for Nowitzki.
