Derrick Rose: Exits With Sprained Ankle

Rose left Friday's game against the Cavaliers with a left ankle sprain and is questionable to return, ESPN Chicago reports.

Analysis:

The injury occurred in the second quarter and Rose was able to remain in the game until the third, but showed diminished effectiveness. Considering Rose's troubling medical history, it would probably make sense for the Bulls to take precaution and hold him out of the remainder of the contest. He put up 20 points on 8-for-16 shooting from the field to go along with four assists in 25 minutes prior to his departure.
