Analysis:

Copeland even drew the start at small forward in last Tuesday's exhibition contest against the Timberwolves, and has posted efforts of 16, 22 and 17 points over his last three games. With both Rodney Stuckey (foot) and David West (ankle) on the shelf, minutes have been abundant for the third-year player in the 2014 preseason. Although West is expected to return for the opener, Stuckey's status isn't quite as certain, which potentially leaves minutes on the table for a player like Copeland. He's not much more than a flier in deeper leagues at the moment, but could develop into more as he competes to fill the vacancy left by Paul George's season-ending injury.
