Cavaliers to bring guard A.J. Price to camp

Led by LeBron James, Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving, the Cavaliers are championship favorites and the obvious choice to come out of the Eastern Conference.

Their depth of star power also means that the Cavs should be able to withstand any short term injury issues, but one concern with their roster could be that they don't have a lot of point guard depth behind Irving.

Matthew Dellavedova enjoyed a solid rookie season off the Cleveland bench last season, but John Lucas III is on an non-guaranteed contract, and that's basically where the Cavs options run out.

Dion Waiters can handle the ball and James can obviously run an offense as effectively as anyone, but the team may want to find one more guard to fill out the roster.

On that note, the Cavs will reportedly bring A.J. Price to training camp, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer's Terry Pluto.

Price has spent time with the Wizards, the Pacers and most recently the Timberwolves, averaging 5.9 points, 2.2 assists and 1.5 rebounds over his five-year career.

If Price does make the team, he could potentially slot in as Cleveland's third point guard.
