Report: Kings to send Jason Terry to Rockets

Noah K. Murray / USA Today Sports

Continuing to fill out their roster after a disappointing offseason, the Houston Rockets are set to make a minor roster move, reports Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports:

Terry will turn 37 in September and played in just 35 games last season with the Brooklyn Nets. (He was traded to the Kings in February, but didn't play a game for them.) Having scored just 4.5 points in 16.3 minutes per game, on 36.2 percent shooting, it was by far the least productive season of Terry's career.

But he's still an experienced leader and a former champion, and the Rockets obviously see the value in having his presence on their bench and in their locker room.
