Friday saw the Orlando Magic confirm the addition of yet another veteran to their roster, as 34-year-old point guard Luke Ridnour officially signed with the franchise.

Ridnour's contract is reportedly a two-year deal worth $5.5 million, with the second year not guaranteed.

The Magic have already added veterans Channing Frye, Ben Gordon, and Willie Green to their rotation this offseason, signings which are aimed at balancing out the team's youthful roster for the upcoming campaign.

It remains unclear how Ridnour will fit into the Magic's backcourt. His playing time will largely depend on how Jacque Vaughn chooses to deploy Victor Oladipo, who can play at both guard slots, and on how well 10th overall pick Elfrid Payton adjusts to the NBA in his rookie season.

Whatever happens, though, it seems like Ridnour is just happy to be playing somewhere warm.
