Dallas delivered Chandler Parsons' $46M sheet to Houston, ending sign-and-trade talks, source tells Yahoo. Rockets have three days to match.

Earlier Thursday, the idea was floated that the Mavericks might entertain a sign-and-trade situation for Chandler Parsons to expedite the waiting period.
For now, the Rockets have until Sunday to match the offer sheet.
