VIDEO: Manu Ginobili rattles home three-pointer to end first quarter of Game 3

The San Antonio Spurs went into Miami and really seemed to catch the Heat off guard in the first quarter of Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Tuesday, coming away with a 41-25 lead after 12 minutes.

The Heat did little on the defensive end to slow the Spurs, allowing San Antonio to shoot 86.7 percent from the field, with the Spurs hitting on all four of their shots from beyond the arc in the opening frame.

To be fair to the Heat, there was little defense for shots like this one from Manu Ginobili, which ended the first quarter on a high note for the Spurs.
