Nerlens Noel: 'I've been 100 percent for months now'
With the Philadelphia 76ers clearly content to play out this past regular season without their most talented players on the court, sixth-overall draft pick Nerlens Noel was afforded the ability to take his time recovering from a torn ACL.
From the sounds of hiss comments to Gary Washburn of the Boston Globe, Noel may have been ready to play during the season.

The whole offseason, I’ve focused on being stronger and working on my skill points, working on my shot, which I have progressed a lot with, working on my technique. Every part of my game I feel I’ve definitely improved on.
The 76ers compiled a 19-63 record this past season.
