Monroe put together a solid season, nearly averaging a double-double, but admitted that he was playing amidst a dysfunctional Pistons squad this year, CBS Sports reports.

Analysis:

The apparent dysfunction that existed with the Pistons was evidenced by their 29-53 record. Whatever the case may be, Monroe still managed to amount a season that was pretty typical with his career averages so far as a four-year player. Perhaps the most impressive stat Monroe boasted was that he played in all 82 game this season. Looking ahead, Monroe will be a restricted free agent in the offseason, and his displeasure with the setup in Detroit might seem to denote that he'll be open to new takers.
