Spurs' Belinelli confirms participation in 3-Point Shootout
San Antonio Spurs guard Marco Belinelli says he's headed to All-Star Weekend.
Marco Belinelli confirmed to La Gazzetta dello Sport that he has been named for 3-point shootout in All-Star Game.

"I am happy because it is very important to me, my fans and Italy," Belinelli told La Gazetta. "It is going to be a step forward in my career. I [will] go to New Orleans to win."
Belinelli is averaging 1.6 three-pointers on 3.4 attempts per game this season. That's a 46.7 percent clip, which ranks second in the NBA among qualified shooters. Only Los Angeles Lakers point guard Kendall Marshall has a higher rate at 47.3 percent.
