Turkoglu, pending a physical, is expected to sign with the Clippers for the remainder of this season, ESPN reports.
Analysis:
Turkoglu was waived by the Magic in a cap-saving move earlier this month and has since worked out for the Clippers, who have been searching for a "stretch-four" all season. Additionally, Turkoglu's versatile offensive game could help a Los Angeles team without Chris Paul (shoulder) for the near future, albeit at a tempered level. Amid suspension and injuries, the 34-year-old played just 11 games last season, so he probably won't be very useful in most fantasy leagues, but his savvy could provide a boost off the bench here and there for the Clippers, if indeed a contract agreement is accomplished.
