VIDEO: Jason Kidd tells Tyshawn Taylor 'hit me' before spilling drink
Jason Kidd might be 4-11 to start his head coaching career but he's pretty damn creative.
With no timeouts left, Kidd tells Tyshawn Taylor to hit him, knocking his glass out of his hand causing a delay.
Kidd, who is second all-time in the NBA in steals and assists, blamed a loose hand.
"Cup slipped out of my hand I was getting Ty," Kidd said. "Sweaty palms. I was never good with the ball."
"In the heat of the battle, you're trying to get guys in and out of the game, and the cup fell out of my hand."
