Watch: Westbrook accidentally blocks teammate in hunt for rebound

Russell Westbrook made a rare defensive play Tuesday, but unfortunately it came at the expense of his teammates.

Westbrook accidentally stuffed Jerami Grant at the rim in his hunt for an offensive rebound in the Oklahoma City Thunder's loss to the Houston Rockets in Game 5.

Grant had an easy putback that would have cut OKC's deficit to seven with over three minutes to go, but didn't account for an unlikely challenge from his own teammate.

To make matters worse, Westbrook didn't pass to anyone on the ensuing possession, opting instead for a reckless drive that produced a missed layup.
