Nuggets' Will Barton: Cleared to play Sunday vs. Thunder

Barton (foot) has been cleared to play in Sunday's game against the Thunder, Adam Mares of DenverStiffs.com reports.

Analysis:

Though Barton will be available for the contest, it's unlikely that coach Michael Malone will ask the swingman to play major minutes following a five-game absence due to the sore left foot. Starting wings Gary Harris and Danilo Gallinari should still be in store for their normal 30-plus-minute workloads, leaving scant playing time available behind them for Barton, who had seen no more than 24 minutes in any of his three games prior to suffering the injury.
