Heat's Luke Babbitt: Questionable Friday vs. Raptors

Babbitt (hip) is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Raptors, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Analysis:

Babbitt was held out of Wednesday's game against the Hornets due to the strained right hip, but the Heat remain optimistic that he'll be able to play Friday. He'll be reevaluated at morning shootaround Friday, and if cleared to play, he would likely take back his starting role at power forward. Even so, James Johnson would still be in store for the bulk of the minutes at the position, especially after excelling as Babbitt's replacement in the starting five Wednesday. Johnson finished with 26 points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals in 32 minutes during that contest.
