LeBron 'fine' after getting a scare from David Lee elbow
It would take a mighty blow to crack the armor of the seemingly invincible LeBron James, who rarely shows if he's in any discomfort.
A shot to his back courtesy of a David Lee elbow at AT&T Center sure did the trick Monday night, sending The King down to the hardwood grabbing his neck after a delayed reaction.
He managed to pick himself up and head to the Cleveland Cavaliers' bench, effectively ending his night with his team down big to the San Antonio Spurs, though he told reporters after the game that he's "fine," and will be ready to play against the Chicago Bulls on Thursday.
The reigning NBA champions lost in convincing fashion, 103-74, with James coming close to a triple-double with 17 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists in 29 minutes of action.
