John Wall was unstoppable to begin Saturday's game with the East-leading Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Wizards point guard dropped 18 points on a perfect 8-of-8 from the field in the opening frame, setting a new career high for points in the first quarter.

Wall also chipped in five assists to help Washington take a commanding 40-26 lead.
