Heat's James Johnson: Struggles offensively, excels defensively
Johnson provided 10 points (3-14 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 3-6 FT), four rebounds, four blocks, three assists and two steals across 31 minutes during Thursday's 101-84 loss to the Raptors.
Analysis:
Johnson couldn't hit the bottom of the net during Thursday's game, going ice cold from every area of the floor, including the charity stripe. That being said, he helped make up for it by providing great defensive effort, collecting a combined six steals and blocks, surpassing his previous season high of five combined steals and blocks. His poor shooting night is most likely an outlier, considering he's been shooting 51.9 percent from the field in the month of March, so fantasy owners shouldn't make any quick decisions on Johnson based on his past two subpar performances.
