Suns' Leandro Barbosa: Goes through shootaround
Barbosa (illness) went through shootaround Tuesday, but his status is uncertain for the Suns' game later in the evening against the Heat, Doug Haller of The Arizona Republic reports.
Analysis:
The veteran has missed the team's last two games due to an illness, but the fact that he was able to go through shootaround is an encouraging sign. The Suns are still considering Barbosa questionable, however, so look for a more definitive update closer to the 7:30 p.m. ET tip off. If cleared to play, Barbosa would likely serve as the primary backup to starting shooting guard Devin Booker (ankle), though he could also see time at point guard if Ronnie Price (leg) remains out.
