Nuggets' Wilson Chandler: Out Monday vs. Lakers

Chandler (groin) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Lakers, Adam Mares of DenverStiffs.com reports.

Analysis:

Chandler recently suffered a groin injury and after testing the injury out during pregame warmups, he's opted to take the night off for added recovery time. With Kenneth Faried (back) and Chandler out with an injury and Darrell Arthur being rested, Juancho Hernangomez is the favorite to start at power forward and could be in line for a big workload due to the shortage of bodies. Otherwise, we could also see more Nikola Jokic at power forward, while working Mason Plumlee next to him at center.
