Hornets' Nicolas Batum: Double-doubles Friday

Batum recorded 15 points (7-14 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 10 assists, three rebounds and one steal across 28 minutes in Friday's 121-81 win over the Magic.

Analysis:

It was his first double-double in the last 12 contests as the normally versatile Batum had been lacking in other stats besides scoring of late. He also shot over 50 percent tonight, which is an improvement over 35 percent over his last 10 games. If Batum can prove to defenders that he is an offensive threat, he can find more open teammates and contribute more to his assist and rebounds totals.
