Analysis:

Nuggets coach said less than a week earlier that he projected Faried to miss seven-to-10 days due to the back spasms, so his likely unavailability Monday doesn't come as much of a surprise. While Faried has been sidelined the past four games, Wilson Chandler has been the primary beneficiary. Chandler has averaged 13.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.5 three-pointers in 30.8 minutes per game over that span, numbers that could be even loftier if he weren't shooting 36.4 percent from the field.
