Heat's Hassan Whiteside: Disappears in big win over Hawks

Whiteside tallied 2 points (1-9 FG), 10 rebounds, two assists, a block and two steals over 25 minutes in the Heat's 108-90 win over the Hawks.

Analysis:

While always a consistent source for rebounds, Whiteside only shot 1-for-9 from the field and was pulled in favor of backup Willie Reed once Miami solidified their lead. While this is probably just a blip, it is his lowest scoring total so far this season, and it appears Miami had no problem without him. Either way, it is hard to bench a player who double-doubled in seven of his last nine games.
