76ers' Justin Anderson: Will be available Friday vs. Wizards

Anderson will be available for Friday's game against the Wizards, Jessica Camerato of CSN Philadelphia reports.

Analysis:

After being acquired from the Mavericks as part of the trade Thursday that sent Nerlens Noel to Dallas, Anderson hasn't had time to practice with the 76ers yet, but the team's lack of available option will prompt coach Brett Brown to keep the swingman active. He may end up seeing time at both forward spots, though likely not enough to significantly cut into the workloads of starters Robert Covington and Dario Saric. Once the 76ers reclaim some health in the frontcourt, Anderson's path to playing time may become a bit more muddled, but he's still in a better fantasy situation than he found himself in with the Mavericks.
