Boogie thanks Kings fans 'for dealing with this knucklehead for 6-plus years'
DeMarcus Cousins is grateful for the love he received as a member of the Sacramento Kings.
Before boarding a flight to New Orleans, the All-Star big man shared the following message to Kings fans:
"I've got nothing but love for you. Thank you for all the memories. Thanks for dealing with this knucklehead for six-plus years. I'll see you guys soon."

Cousins was traded to the Pelicans on Monday in a move he said he "kind of expected." Although the 26-year-old's ready to move on, there will always be a place in his heart for the city that's welcomed him with open arms since he was drafted in 2010.
Boogie plans to continue hosting camps and immersing himself in the community of his now-former NBA city.
"Nothing will change. My love for Sac, it'll never change," he added.
